A Variation of the Classic Sacque

This closed-front Robe à la Française was modeled after an original in the Winterthur Museum collection. The pattern was adapted to fit my figure (although the original was really close to fitting me).

The gown is created from a silk taffeta with vintage floral trim. This gown was 100% hand sewn.
